2011 SOCAP Annual Customer Care Conference
OnScene had the pleasure of meeting Matthew and Brian from SOCAP International earlier this year at the Astute Solutions Customer Conference. We immediately hit it off and began discussions of covering the 2011 SOCAP conference. A few months later we finalized the details and this past Sunday we flew down to Orlando to discover more about this community.
As part of the agreement, we’ll be showcasing the wide array of offerings from the organization, along with stories about customer service from their membership. But the most interesting part was seeing the engagement happening on the exhibit room floor. Talk about creativity! These exhibitors put a lot of thought and planning into their display strategy in order to attract conference attendees.
